Custom Order Policy

Custom orders require full payment up front to protect the artist and the customer.

I cannot offer returns on custom orders. If you decide to cancel your order BEFORE I begin work on the project, I will refund your payment. If I have to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you are entitled to a refund.

Orders are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. Items are made to specifications that are approved by the customers. If upon delivery the item does NOT fit the approved specs, I will correct or replace the item.

If you do not pick up or accept delivery of the item within three weeks of the date discussed, I have the right to keep or resell your order.

All items are photographed before shipping for liability. Items damaged in shipping will be replaced following return of damaged item. Any damage from daily wear is the responsibility of the customer.

I reserve the right to photograph your order for business purposes. Any new pattern designs used are property of Crocentric.

Return Policy

I do not offer any refunds on digital merchandise (patterns). Given the nature of the purchase, it is too easy to download the pattern and request a refund after receiving your product.

If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact me to arrange return and replacement.  Replacement time-frame will be established following contact.  This is to allow for the time it will take to remake the item, since I will have to remake anything that is damaged by hand. Thank you.

Otherwise, I do not issue refunds or accept returns. I will diligently work with customers to ensure that their order is exactly what they are expecting before it is shipped to ensure he/she is happy with the item(s). I do not accept returns of items for any reason other than damage DURING shipping. I am not responsible for daily wear and tear placed on an item.

Face-to-Face

I routinely have a booth at several local craft fairs.  During a craft fair, I accept cash or money orders as well as payment via PayPal or Venmo.  Items that are listed online can also be purchased on-site during a craft fair.
